Return Policy

On general, non-customized or custom-made furniture, we are able to exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase. 

Please contact us at for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products. asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances: 

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.

Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.

Return Policy/Cancellation Policy for Custom Furniture

Customized / Custom-made furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable. Upon placing your custom order, you have 3 business days to cancel your order for a full refund or make changes. After this 3 day period, your furniture piece is in production and cannot be cancelled or changed. Custom orders for pieces that are modified for your specific needs are final sales and cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. BeachHomeLife cannot be held responsible for manufacturer or shipping delays. Actual shipping costs incurred, if any, are your responsibility if our store policy is not followed. Because all finishes are hand-applied and are interpreted differently by individual craftsmen, they will vary from piece to piece and are not considered defective but regarded as desirable. Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures and other features are provided by the manufacturer; BeachHomeLife assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect. In the event of a disputed credit card charge, which is ultimately found to have been legitimate or which otherwise finds, in whole or in part, in favor of BeachHomeLife, the customer shall be responsible for all attorneys' fees and costs borne by BeachHomeLifen. The terms of any purchase from or dispute with BeachHomeLife shall be governed by California law, and any litigation arising out of such dispute shall be brought in the State of California, County of Butte.
